L’île de la Réunion est un département français de l’océan Indien. Elle est réputée pour son intérieur volcanique recouvert de forêt tropicale, ses récifs de corail et ses plages. Reunion Island is a French department of the Indian Ocean. It is famous for its volcanic inland covered with rainforest, and its coral reefs and beaches. Its most emblematic site is the Piton de la Fournaise, an active volcano that can be climbed and which rises to an altitude of 2632 m. The Piton des Neiges, a huge extinct volcano, and the 3 calderas of Reunion (natural amphitheaters formed by volcanoes that have collapsed) are also climbing spots.
